Good news - I found a place. Woo Hoo. (Pictures coming soon). I rented a small (very small) house in Houston's Heights neighborhood. I'm really excited about living in The Heights. I'm less excited about the complete lack of closet space and the 1930s era bathroom (okay, the components are new, but the size is definitely retro).
Bad news...still waiting on a closing date. Yikes! I've already signed a lease, so to say I'm stressing is a bit of an understatement.
Oh, and it's on a tiny little street and I rented a gigantic U-Haul. Losing sleep over that one, too.
The adventures never end....
